Tong Yan Street is more than an online store. It is a lifestyle support platform created with people living with diabetes in mind.

我們精選適合糖友日常生活的產品，並於指定食品上附設已計算好的碳水化合物標籤，協助糖友學習數算碳水化合物，讓飲食管理變得更簡單、更安心。

We carefully select products suitable for everyday diabetes management, and provide carbohydrate-counting labels on selected food items to help customers better understand carbohydrate intake and make informed food choices.

每一次選購，不僅為自己增添一份便利與知識，同時亦是在支持糖尿天使持續推動糖尿病教育及病友服務。

Join Angel of Diabetic(AOD)

無論您是糖尿病患者、家人、照顧者，還是關心糖尿病的朋友，都歡迎加入糖尿天使，與我們一起學習、分享及同行。

No one should have to face the journey of diabetes alone.

會員可優先參與本會舉辦的教育講座及病友活動，定期收到《糖友之訊》，掌握最新糖尿病資訊及活動消息，並享有指定會員優惠及福利。

Whether you are living with diabetes, a family member, a caregiver, or simply someone who cares about diabetes, you are warmly welcome to join AOD and become part of our community.

Members enjoy priority access to our educational talks and community activities, receive regular updates through our newsletter, Diabetes Friends News, and stay informed about the latest diabetes information and upcoming events. Members may also enjoy selected member benefits and special offers.

注意事項

Important Notes

  • ‧ 會員須遵守會章及守則，會藉不可借用或轉贈，否則可被取消會籍。
  • ‧ Members must abide by the Association's constitution and rules. Membership may not be lent or transferred, otherwise it may be cancelled.
  • ‧ 在任何情況下，會員所繳交之會費均不獲退回。
  • ‧ Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • ‧ 如更改聯絡資料或需使用本會網購服務，請另行通知本會。
  • ‧ Please notify us separately of any change of contact details or to use our online shopping service.
  • ‧ 普通會籍須由入會日起計每12個月辦理續會手續。
  • ‧ Ordinary membership must be renewed every 12 months from the date of joining.
  • ‧ 若舊會員要求放棄舊會籍再重新入會，須繳付$50作行政費用。
  • ‧ Former members who give up their old membership and rejoin must pay a $50 administration fee.
  • ‧ 家庭會籍之成員必須為直系親屬並居於同一地址，所有通訊、禮品或優惠等只獲發一份。
  • ‧ Family membership members must be immediate family members living at the same address. Only one copy of all communications, gifts or offers will be issued per family.
  • ‧ 各項活動舉行期間之拍照可能用作本會宣傳用途。
  • ‧ Photos taken during activities may be used for the Association's promotional purposes.
