1. 全蛋打勻加鹽,葱切成粒
2. 開最低温爐火,先落一半蛋漿
3. 蛋漿中間放粟米粒和葱花
4. 待蛋漿邊將熟向中央卷起
5. 卷至盡頭再落其餘蛋醬
6. 落葱花和粟米,繼續卷至盡頭,可熄火
温馨提示: 用非常低温煎蛋漿,需要一點耐性,不要太急。

1. Beat the eggs, add salt and whisk until well mixed. Cut the spring union into small cubes.
2. In a non-stick saucepan over very low heat, pour in half of the egg batter.
3. Put half of the sweet corn and spring onion in mid of the batter.
4. Until the sides of the batter dried up, you can start to roll up the egg batter towards the centre.
5. When all the egg batter was rolled up, you can pour in all the remaining batter.
6. Add the remaining sweet corn and spring onion, roll the egg batter to the end and turn off heat
Tips: Use very low heat, be patient and no rush
